commitment to treating everyone with respect
We are so proud of our student's achievements and to take their next steps into further education
There are no irrational rules, just a commitment to treating everyone with the respect and compassion one would like to receive themselves.
Wemms are extremely pleased to announce their external exam results for the academic year, 2022-23 including our January and May/June examinations, and would like to congratulate all our students and staff for their efforts and achievements over this academic year. We are very proud of everyone’s effort and outcomes this year and whilst we realise that life if much more than exam results, we also want to celebrate the progress and outcomes of our students.
In Maths and English Language, the pass rate for grades 4-9 was 75% against a national average from Ofqual of 73.4%. We are also extremely proud of the students who gained top grades of 7-9 in their subjects, representing 12% of the total overall. In Science, 68% of students gained a GCSE at grade 4-9.
Our A Level candidates did extremely well too, with an overall pass rate (grades A*-E) of 92% and 20% of exams resulting in top grades of A*-B, including Maths, Further Maths and History.
